Our approach is not difficult, it just requires a solid commitment to ongoing media relations.We will never know how much it cost our business growth because we missed the seminars. However, if I had it to do over again, I still would have missed all the seminars to be able to watch my son play college football. They grow up so fast. At least I have those memories.Great Instructional Design attracts learners to the content, to the performance ideal, and to the change process. This attraction is essential for changing behavior. Change is difficult at best and painful at worst. But when we are attracted to something we are willing to change for it. We want to absorb it and ingest it and become it. Not because someone tells us we should, but because we want to. Because we are attracted to it. I write a lot of content, and I can tell you that even the best content is no substitute for design.To get a hold of the teamwork concept and find ways to create teamwork where you work, you need go no further than your mailbox. Do I have your attention? Movies are one of the greatest ways to grow and develop. That's right movies, and I don't mean training movies although they do have a place in growth and development.
